The "Toccoa Pearl" is located on the banks of the Toccoa River in
the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains & has all the comforts of home.
On the Main Level you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining
area to accommodate 11, a spacious living room, two bedrooms
(both queens) and one bathroom. The living room includes
leather sofas, large TV with satellite and DVD player, and a
beautiful stone gas fireplace to warm you up!
On the Upper Level there is a large loft with TV & games. The
master bedroom (king) and bathroom are also on this
level. The Lower Level/Basement includes a large game room
with a kitchenette. The game room includes a pool table and
foosball table, TV/DVD player, and gas fireplace. There is also
a second master bedroom and bathroom, and laundry area.
Porch space is plentiful here! The bottom level porch includes
a large hot tub that will hold up to six adults. The main level
is lined with wooden rocking chairs and also includes a gas
grill easily accessible from the kitchen. And the top level has
a private balcony only accessible through the master bedroom.
